4 members, including myself, are from a previous static group and we are now almost done filling in our remaining 4 open spots. Going forward, we needed to make changes and here I am, missing 1 final Melee.
Attitude of the group is a fun, but focused one. We are running this as a cross between a HC/MC type raid group. So ya, be able to keep up. :)

Expectations
We would like you to be proficient at your role, meaning high dps and be mechanically aware. Don't be a floor knight. :p
Having A7+ experience is preferable.
Also, have a good attitude, be punctual and be able to take constructive critism.
I, and another member, are running this group with an open communication policy, meaning we will dish out critism, but you are also welcomed to dish out your own critism, as well. This is not a dictatorship, like other groups out there. :)
Also TS3 is required.

Currently the team comp is as follows:
War/Mnk/Sch/Whm/Brd/Blm/Drk or Pld, MT does both.
Although we would prefer a Drg, we will take a very good Nin, as well.
Reason for Drg pref. is simply due to our composition. Mainly the fact that we have a Brd.

The team, as it stands, are all at A8S with varied experience. All have seen Brute justice and Int#1, and some(4) are at final phase.
But the main focus of this new team, however, will be 3.4 raid content come patch day.

The proposed raid time, atm, is from Mon-Thu @ 7pm-10pm est.
This could change a bit once we have all 8 members.
