As you can only have one rank in the XIV system, ranks above one another have precedence. An Officer can be a Raid Leader for example, or a Raid Leader can be a Guild Crafter. All members regardless of rank are to treated with respect and dignity, and should treat others in the same way.
Council members do not have an in-game rank. They are dark blue on Discord. See our leadership list here. Council members attend officer meetings and give advice to guide the free company's future.

Leader - The leader of Ascended.
Officer - An officer of the guild. If you have any questions or concerns about the guild, contact an officer or the leader.
Raid Leader - A leader of a raid group within Ascended.
Guild Crafter - A high-end crafting contributor to the guild that will put in a large amount of time and effort into crafting for the guild during tier progression.
AC Group Raider - A member of a raid group that is part of Ascended.
Raider - A raiding member of Ascended that is not in an AC raid group. A "raider" meets certain conditions such as killing content in good time and displaying a raiding attitude.
Member - A social member of Ascended.
Alt - An alternate account of an Ascended member.
Trial - A new trial member. A trial usually lasts for two weeks.
Inactive - An inactive member of the guild. Normally, any inactive member will be booted from the guild after 30 days. Post in this thread to avoid this.
Jail Cell - A punishment rank that doesn't allow you to enter the house. Mostly for joke use.
Treasury:
The guild bank is broken up into three sectors which are outlined below. The community bank(3) will be stocked by the community as a whole, it's not a requirement but greatly appreciated. If you take something out please put back in a minimum of 50% of what you think the cost of the materials are or replace the material or crafted item in it's entirety.
Bank 1 - For Free Company items only and expensive items i.e. Materia, crafted, rare housing items Bank 2 - Raid Chest - All things for raiding intentions only: Food, Gear Materials, Crafted Raid Gear, Materia Bank 3 - Community Chest - Access to all Members Food, Mats, glamour prisms, etc Bottom 20 spaces are for HW (soon Stormblood) stock item placement.
All glamour prisms are stored in slot 3. You can take as many as you wish and do not need to contribute. If you want to help replace them feel free to do so or contact an officer.
